How to Backup

Learn how to manage and restore backups for your WordPress site.

Manual Backups

You can create manual backups of your site at any time:

1. Navigate to your site's dashboard
2. Click on the "Backups" section
3. Click "Create Backup"

Each backup includes both your:

• WordPress files
• Database content

Backup Limits

Backup storage limits depend on your plan:

• Basic: 1 backup
• Premium: 10 backups
• Sapphire: Daily automated backups (30 backups)

Automated Backups

Automated backups are available on the Sapphire plan. These backups are:

• Created daily
• Stored securely
• Retained for 30 days

Restore Points

To restore your site to a previous backup:

1. Go to the Backups section
2. Find the backup you want to restore
3. Click the "Restore" button
4. Wait for the restoration to complete

Note: Restoring a backup will overwrite your current site content. Make sure to create a new backup before restoring if needed.
